Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
All confirmed orders are considered final and non-refundable.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, processing time is approximately 1–3 weeks.
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their order.
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply in the case of:
re-delivery requests, or
orders requiring additional handling due to customer-related issues.
We will cover shipping or handling costs only if the issue is due to an error on our part, such as:
an incorrect item shipped, or a damaged product upon delivery.
Delivery, Unclaimed & Abandoned Orders
If a customer does not respond to delivery attempts or fails to collect their order, the order will be held for a maximum of 60 days from the date of delivery notification.
During this 60-day holding period, additional delivery or handling fees will apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
After 60 days, the order will be considered abandoned.
We will not be responsible for storing, refunding, or re-delivering abandoned orders after this period.
